To evaluate the biocompatibility of a new type of nano porous titanium surface. On rat mesenchymal stem cell proliferation and differentiation in adhesion, surface spreading, were evaluated. Results: the porous structure of the titanium surface was formed on the surface of titanium, and XPS was successfully introduced into the titanium surface.
Pseudopod in novel amino functionalized porous titanium surface, proliferation and differentiation were better than those of other groups. Conclusion: the new amino functionalized porous titanium surface can promote rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell adhesion, spreading, proliferation and differentiation.
